Life’s Reflection

Billy D. Mitchell was born on April 17, 1972, to the late Clarice Mitchell Shyne, and Billy Hampton. He departed this earthly life on April 24, 2022. Billy attended school in Minden, La; Harper Elementery School, J. A. Phillip Middle School, Webster Junior High School, and Lowe Alternative School.

Billy worked for a local landscaping company for many years. He enjoyed making other people yard beautiful, especially during the summer. He was the life of the party.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Clarice Shyne, five uncles, Robert Rice, Willie Mitchell, John Mitchell, David Andrews, and Almer (Junior) Mitchell. Two sisters, LaWanda Mitchell and Colonda Mitchell.

Billy leaves to cherish his memories, his father, Billy (Wolf) Hampton, two aunts, Arnice McGee (Monroe, La,) and Gloria Brantley (Minden, La), a brother Raymond E, Mitchell (Pensacola, Fl.) a sister LaTasha Shyne (Minden, La.) five nephews, Raymond E. Mitchell Jr. (Shreveport, La.), Rhyreco Mitchell (Minden, La.) Jason X. Mitchell (Huntington Beach, Ca.), Antonio Mitchell (Bossier City, La.), and Joshua X. Mitchell (Pensacola, Fl.), one niece, ShaToski Mitchell (Minden, La.) two great nieces, Railey Mitchell (Shreveport, La.) and Jaxyn Mitchell (Minden, La.)

Billy also leaves to cherish his memories, as well, his girl friend, LaTasia Henderson (Minden, La.) along with Darian Wright (Minden, La,) and LaKeia Timmons (Minden, La.) with a host of cousins, and friends.
